In addition to your legal rights (These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.) We also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.

We try to minimise the number of returns as much as possible. If you are unsure about an item and need more information before purchasing, please contact us and we will be able to answer any queries related to the item or size.
We do, however, understand that sometimes an item will need to be returned and we are happy to process an refund for online purchases if it has not been used or worn. Please email us on Lou_sells@outlook.com as soon as possible after receiving the item to inform us that you wish to return your item. A refund will be processed within 5 days of us receiving the item. You have 30 days from date of purchase to return the item to us.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return postage and a tracked service is advised. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
